Return Process

  Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our processing center.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original condition and include the RMA number inside the parcel before mailing it back to us via a tracked service.

  Quality Check and Refund

  After we inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
